Ercol Windsor 203 Armchair - Fully Restored - Indigo Hand-dyed Wool Covers

A design classic, well-made and structurally sound that will last a lifetime. Part of the Windsor Range, this style has seat and back cushions, round spindle back, webbed seat and classic curved arms.

The 203 armchair is low to the ground, has an extra long seat and tilted back. Layback, relax and unwind!

Wood - desirable blonde in colour, made of English beech, with an oil or wax finish.

Webbing - newly strung with vintage (unused) webbing. We use the traditional Ercol loop and peg method, no staples.

Cushions Covers - high quality material, hand-dyed then expertly made. All covers are removable with a zip opening. Add an extra set for £150 HERE. 

Fabric - densely woven pure WOOL, we use vintage blankets as fabric. Natural and sustainable with very little environmental impact. Wool is inherently flame resistant and offers a greater level of fire safety than other fibres. 

Wash Care - machine washable, on a wool wash at 30 degrees. 

Cushion Foam - original foam cushions which, we don’t replace unless absolutely necessary. New foam increases the cost price which we would have to pass on, and then there is the question of how to dispose of the old foam, landfill being the only option. New cushion pads are available at £98 per set. All our foam conforms to fire regulations.

Colour - blonde wood with bold indigo space-dyed cushions.
