STANDARD TERMS

Small items - blankets, cushions, bunting etc, are despatched within 1-3 working days, shipped with Royal Mail.

Standard - 2nd class - 2 to 4 business days.

Express - 1st class - 1 to 3 business days.

Next Day - Special Delivery - Guaranteed next business day by 1pm. Fully insured, tracked and signed for. 

Shipping is calculated according to size and weight - this will be available at checkout.

Large Furniture items - we will provide a delivery quote, the following are guidelines only.

Often we will personally deliver your items, however sometimes we will use a third party delivery firm.

London £30-£60 - delivery within 1 week.  

A surcharge of £15 applies for delivery inside the Congestion Zone.

Home Counties £50-£80 - delivery within 1 week.  

Rest of UK £50-£120 - delivery within 1-2 weeks.
