Refund policy

Made to Order  - unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on these items. However, if your item isn't how you expected please do contact us and we will do our best resolve the issue.

Changed your mind - if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, we can offer a refund or exchange. Please let us know within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return postage/courier costs.

Faulty items - in the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away. We can then raise a claim with the courier. Please provide photos and any evidence that you may have. We will then issue a full refund or exchange.
